Axactor acquires one-off portfolio from an existing FF client

Oslo, April 30th, 2019

Axactor Sweden, has acquired a one-off portfolio of fresh unsecured consumer claims, from an existing FF client. The portfolio has a total principal value of 26 mEUR across 1.300 claims.

Lisa Sohtell, country manager Sweden, commented “This transaction is the result of building strong relationships with our existing clients. This portfolio contains a claim profile we are already familiar with and therefore we are confident in managing this acquisition in a very good way.”

Axactor will finance the transaction using existing cash and credit facilities.
