On 19 April 2021, the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway approved a prospectus prepared in connection with an application for listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange for ISIN NO0010914666 FRN Axactor SE FRN senior unsecured EUR 300,000,000 bonds 2021/2024.
