How do I recognise a reputable debt collection agency?
Every collection agency has to be registered in accordance with §10 of the Legal Services Act (RDG). It requires a Licence from the president of the competent district or local court. You can check free of charge whether a debt collection agency is admitted in the Legal Services Register. In addition Axactor Germany GmbH is a member of the Bundesverband Deutsche Inkasso-Unternehmen e.V. (BDIU).

I have no contract with Axactor Germany. Why did I get mail?
The company with which you have signed the contract or the seller of the claim has commissioned the Axactor Germany GmbH to process the claim.
I would like to check my claim status, how does that work?
The easiest way is via our Login portal. Here you can find our everything about your current receivables status. Your personal payment options, you can notify us of changes and much more. We ask for your understanding that this may not be possible for everyone, as not every file can be viewed in the portal.
My bank details have changed, what should I do?
The best way is to use the appropriate form to change your bank details. Or use the protected Login portal, where you have all information at a glance. You have received your access data with your payment request. You do not have the letter anymore or your access data is not available at the moment? Then you are welcome to get in touch with us.
Can I also make additional payments when paying in installments?
In addition to your agreed installments, of course you can make further payments if, for example, you have more money available than you expected. Please contact us or call +49(0)6221-987 931, we will be happy to explain your Options.
I can´t pay the claim all at once. What can I do?
In principle, you can also make a partial payment or arrange for payment in installments. We will be happy to check the possibility with you.
