Exercise of employee share options

On May 2th 424.350 options in the Company was exercised and 424.350 shares will be issued by the company.

Options exercised by primary insiders

Anders Gulbrandsen has exercised 5 400 options in the Company, corresponding to 5 400 shares at the strike price of NOK 12,50.

Bente Brocks has exercised 5 400 options in the Company, corresponding to 5 400 shares at the strike price of NOK 12,50.

Siv Farstad has exercised 40 500 options in the Company, corresponding to 40 500 shares at the strike price of NOK 12,50.

Robin Knowles has exercised 108 000 options in the Company, corresponding to 108 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 12,50.

Transfer of rights

On May 2th the primary insiders Robin Knowles and Siv Farstad transferred their rights to receive shares resulting from the exercise of options to a third party. The sales amount will be finally determined on the basis of the price subsequently obtained by the third party when selling the shares in the market. Still, primary insiders cannot be held liable for losses incurred by the third party if the shares are later sold below the strike price. Final compensation for the transferred rights will be reported to Oslo Børs when known.

Purchase of shares

On May 2th, the primary insiders Robin Knowles and Siv Farstad entered into an agreement to use 100 % of the compensation mentioned above to purchase shares. When known, the final number of shares, along with the compensation, will be reported to Oslo Børs.

New holding

After exercising options, primary insider holds;

Robin Knowles holds 317 228 unexercised options in the Company corresponding to 317 228 shares. After this transaction, Robin Knowles holds 241.333 shares in Axactor SE.

Siv Farstad holds 128 500 unexercised options in the Company, corresponding to 128 500 shares. After this transaction, Siv Farstad holds 281.000 shares in Axactor SE.

Bente Brocks holds 170 028 unexercised options in the Company, corresponding to 170 028 shares. After this transaction, Bente Brocks holds 16.200 shares in Axactor SE.

Anders Gulbrandsen holds 23 800 unexercised options in the Company, corresponding to 23 800 shares. After this transaction, Anders Gulbrandsen holds 22.375 shares in Axactor SE.
