Axactor Italy is a Great Place to Work®
For the second year Axactor Italy successfully completed the Great Place to Work® certification process, as part of a group-wide certification campaign.
The Great Place to Work® Certified program of the international research and consulting institute of the same name represents a special commitment to the design of the workplace culture and is awarded according to a secure procedure. The components are: an individual and anonymous feedback from the employee and the analysis of the measures and work schedules of human resources.
After successfully completing the certification process, Antonio Cataneo CEO of Axactor Italy said: “We are very pleased that our collaborators again rated Axactor in Italy so positively in an anonymous survey. Great Place to Work® is an international research and consultancy institute that supports companies in around 60 countries in developing their corporate and working culture. It makes a significant contribution to the effective management of change processes such as digital transformation or demographic trends.
Each year, Great Place to Work® grants certification to international, national, regional and local companies in recognition of their performance based on anonymous employee surveys and corporate culture analysis.
The methodological model used by GPtW is universal and consolidated in over 40 years of research on companies all over the world.
