The connections between the various offices use fiber optic networks with external access protected by latest generation firewalls.
The data centers are located in two different locations, with redundancy systems for managing Disaster Recovery.
Software
The software used, created and continuously developed within C.R. Service, allows for agile management of phone collection and backoffice practices and can be easily integrated with the systems of various customers. Our system was designed for both Microsoft and Linux environments and therefore has maximum flexibility to adapt to any request from clients.
Asset Credit Protection Agents
Credit protection agents are equipped with geo-localized cars, tablets and portable printers. Through a specially created App it is possible to view all customer data and print a payment receipt even in offline mode.
All external connections are made using the latest generation of secure connections.
