Hege Leret Hagen

Hege Leret Hagen has over 30 years of experience from the debt collection industry and has since 2016 had the role of Finance Director in Axactor Norway. Before joining Axactor, she had over 25 years of experience as an accountant in a small debt collection company, which was later acquired by Axactor.

In addition to strong expertise in accounting, Hege also has experience as a case manager in debt collection and with accounting in the newspaper industry and Telecom.

She has a strong focus on the operational and how her unit is a major supporter of the rest of the organization. Her experience and expertise in various parts of the business gives her a unique overview that helps to further develop Axactor.
