Axactor SE welcomes you to an extraordinary general meeting Tuesday 5 January 2021 at 10.00 CET online hosted from the headquarters at Drammensveien 167 in Oslo.

The notice to the extraordinary general meeting and registration forms are enclosed and available at www.axactor.com.

In order to counteract the spread of the virus that causes Covid-19, the extraordinary general meeting will be carried out online. Shareholders could cast its votes in the real-time poll, to vote prior to the annual general meeting or to use the proxy form.
