Update on process with FSA

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 2 September 2021.

Axactor SE has received a conclusion from the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) in accordance with the preliminary conclusion previously communicated.

The company take notice of the conclusion from FSA and will implement the requested changes accordingly.
